And when you at the drinks, its not minimal in quantity but the quality is worth every sen out of it.

Every guys plays dota don't they? In short its dota, full name is Defense of the Ancient.































There is even an international event that includes every player in the world to gather and show off their skill.

There are numerous types of heroes that could be use.
And the main point is to destroy the opponent's throne that is protected by a towers and creeps and defended by opponent heroes.
By killing each creep, towers and heroes, you get gold and enables you to buy items that makes your hero stronger.

To the many blockbusting movies

I am so eager to watch the upcoming movies~

Transformers 3 is the one the most electrifying movies to ever come into the cinema. I mean suddenly there is no Megan Fox? What?

So other than to see how awesome the autobots are gonna defend Earth, I bet the audience would dying to know how the new blonde lady will survive to fit the role of Megan Fox.

But anyway, its Transformers 3 , what could be wrong?

Pirates of the Carribbean is also a movie with a lot of changes in its actor and actress. No more miss cute and pretty Kiera Knightley? The same question from Transformers 3, will it survive? I mean Kiera Knightley played a major role in the previous ones but unlike Transformers 3, you here have Mr Captain Jack Sparrow( Johnny Deep) forever dazzling with his capability to transform his face and his outstanding actor performance~ Its gonna be awesome mate~

Here we have Captain America. Firstly I just wanna say how much I respect Captain America. He is like icon of every child. I mean who hates Captain America? You have the old classic shield and gun fighting super villains that have superpowers. Its just down to butt kicking and shield wacking , explosion superhero that has a fascinating story behind it. Its gonna be one the movies where I will just run to the cinema on it's preview day~

Xmen. Ok here what I had in mind when the preview came out. WOW, I finally can get to know how Charles Xavier and Magneto came from friends to be nemesis? DUDE, you're talking about the founding of Xmen. Nothing is gonna beat this movie storyline~Awesomeness is gonna run down every minute as this movie is playing.

Green Lantern, Hail Jordan. Ok, if you think you had watch superman and thinks that he is awesome and unbeatable, then you have yet to see the Green Lantern. A guy with a ring, ables him to superpowers bending to his will, ok, I've explain enough, I just need to watch this awesome movie.

Twisted ankle..

I can tell you that a twisted ankle ain't no joke.
I've just sprained my ankle while I was playing dodge ball.

Firstly, the feeling was bad. I knew I had landed my foot in the wrong direction. The very moment the feeling of your foot going in the wrong direction, was the moment where the pain kicks in. I felt numbness as my foot did not have the control to withstand any pressure that my body could give onto it. After a few minutes, it started give an acute pain, but this pain wasn't that excruciating as I can walk but obviously I'm limping.

So till I drove home, I took a bath and started to rest on my butt. That when I did not move my ankle for 20 minutes, and when I finally decided to use it, I could feel an very heavy pain in my ankle. Almost losing balance, I manage to grab hold of my bed and manage to sit back down.

While I was sitting down on my bed, I could not move or walk as the way just painful and observing my ankle, it was swollen. I tried to massage it but the pain was more unbearable. So i took my Ipad and I started a browsing some video and some tips and i overcome this simple video that just helps so much in the progress of healing it.

So obviously you could already see that its my ankle but just so wondering people might be imaginating what a swollen or a twisted ankle would look like, I've included some images.

I hope that the video do help much, as I myself am off to try those methods tonight and yes, I have to admit, the internet is resourceful.
