Twisted ankle..

I can tell you that a twisted ankle ain't no joke.
I've just sprained my ankle while I was playing dodge ball.
Firstly, the feeling was bad. I knew I had landed my foot in the wrong direction. The very moment the feeling of your foot going in the wrong direction, was the moment where the pain kicks in. I felt numbness as my foot did not have the control to withstand any pressure that my body could give onto it. After a few minutes, it started give an acute pain, but this pain wasn't that excruciating as I can walk but obviously I'm limping.
So till I drove home, I took a bath and started to rest on my butt. That when I did not move my ankle for 20 minutes, and when I finally decided to use it, I could feel an very heavy pain in my ankle. Almost losing balance, I manage to grab hold of my bed and manage to sit back down.
While I was sitting down on my bed, I could not move or walk as the way just painful and observing my ankle, it was swollen. I tried to massage it but the pain was more unbearable. So i took my Ipad and I started a browsing some video and some tips and i overcome this simple video that just helps so much in the progress of healing it.

So obviously you could already see that its my ankle but just so wondering people might be imaginating what a swollen or a twisted ankle would look like, I've included some images.
I hope that the video do help much, as I myself am off to try those methods tonight and yes, I have to admit, the internet is resourceful.
